Prices and Availability



Singles Rooms: £44.00 per night

Double Rooms: £66.00 per night

Triple Room (1 double and 1 single beds): £80.00 per night

 

Price are per room, excluding breakfast. Breakfast price: £4,00 per person.


Breakfast is served:
Weekdays - A Continental breakfast is available from 7:00am and cooked breakfast is available to order from 7:15am
Weekends - Cooked breakfast is available between 9:00 and 10:30am. We can offer Continental breakfast from 8:30am, served to the room.


We are happy to give our guests a corporate rate for businesses using us regularly and for longer period.

All bookings must be accompanied by a vaild credit card/debit card number.

No provisional bookings are accepted.

If a guest is making mulitple booking on behalf of themselves and other parties than that person will be held responsible for the cost.

 

The normal check-in time for guests is from 2;00pm to 10;00pm, unless by prior arrangement. Check-out time is before 11;00am unless by prior arrangement.

 

Smoking
Please note we are completely non-smoking hotel. Anyone found to be smoking, included E-Cigarettes in the bedrooms or public area, will be charged £100 each time for professional cleaning. There is a smoking area at the side of the hotel.

 

Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
- 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.


Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged.

 

Keys and Security

Lost keys will result in a £50.00 charge to cover lock replacement.

 

Car Park
We have own car park, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

 

Genaral Policy

The Horseshoe B&B expectations of you. You must not:

• bring any pets onto The Horseshoe B&B main building;
• bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment;
• use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as cooler, heater, toasters, cookers, etc;
• tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment;
• use any of the technology provided by as to download or access any unlawful or obscene material;
• or cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or any The Horseshoe B&B staff;
• remove, damage or destroy any The Horseshoe B&B property; If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel, other guests or our property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to The Horseshoe B&B on demand the amount required to cover losses (services, repair or replacement).

If you or your group cause damage to the hotel, other guests or their property, or otherwise breach any of these terms and conditions, The Horseshoe B&B reserves the right to:
• cancel your reservation with immediate effect and (if appropriate) eject you from our premises;
• retain all sums paid by you and/or charge you the full amount of your reservation; and/or The Horseshoe B&B will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.
